The rooms are average but acceptable for a brief stay, though parking can be complicated.
The hotel was convenient for my needs as it was close to Halim Perdana Kusumah airport and my office on MT Haryono Street. The location near Kota Casablanca mall was ideal for food options. However, the surroundings were not very clean, with dirty tables visible in the area.

The rooms are clean but slightly small, with a chemical smell present at times and a shortage of wall power sockets. The service is professional and accommodating, helping with arrangements like airport transport. However, there were some surprises regarding the billing process and limitations on services like wine glasses.
